hello mam,i read your comment in Narad Jr. Blog. Now since me too pursuing BTech in chemical engineering,i have 2 queries in my mind 1. What type(s) of job do we chemical engineers get after BTech and what type of work should i expect to do?
2. What are growth and progress opportunities in our field?
I would greatly appreciate if you can please find time to quench my queries.
Hi, Regarding your query which u asked to sandhya, I would say that the best bet after doing a BTech in chem is to go for MS i.e. take GRE and since the field is such that you'll get decent offers from good universities. apart from that you may go in for petro-chem companies like ONGC, IOCL etc.
